NASHVILLE-Congressman Jim Cooper celebrated National Teacher Day a few days early this year by paying a visit to Southside Elementary School in Lebanon. On Friday, May 1, Cooper met with the school's students and teachers, where he spent the morning learning about the environmentally friendly projects going on at Southside.
